like perhaps the recommended treatment or diagnoses and the processes for it, or the varying degrees of hirsutism that it can cause, or the increased risks of infertility, or the other much more important problems like maybe the pain it can cause people, or the fact that if it goes untreated you might need to have an ovary (or both) removed, rendering you permanently infertile

because those are a lot more important than “oh i’m a bit chubby because of it” even if that is also something which may make people sad
